Lakeside Heffley Hideaway Bistro
Welcome to the Hideaway Bistro — your cozy little lakeside spot to kick back, grab a drink, and enjoy great food with even better views. Now in our second summer season, the Bistro has quickly become a favourite gathering place at Lakeside Heffley Hideaway, offering a relaxed atmosphere where everyone feels right at home.
You may remember us from our food truck days serving Chef Juan’s famous tacos, and while those flavours still inspire parts of our menu, the Bistro has grown into something even bigger. With a fully licensed bar, fresh summer dishes, and a hint of Mexican flair throughout the menu, we’re serving up the perfect mix of comfort food, lake life, and sunny patio vibes all summer long.

Patio is Dog Friendly
Our patio is dog-friendly, and we love welcoming your furry companions! We kindly ask that all dogs remain leashed at all times and that owners please clean up after them accordingly. here

Out on the lake? Paddle on up! Pull into one of our public docks and stop by the Hideaway Bistro for tacos, cold drinks, and lakeside patio vibes. Whether you arrive by car, bike, paddle board — or whatever floating device got you here — everyone’s welcome at the Bistro.

Coming in from the lake? We totally get it — that’s what summer is all about. We kindly ask that shirts and shoes be worn and that bathing suits be properly covered while enjoying the Bistro.
