Our policies

We are a family-oriented resort and have policies in place for the comfort of all our guests. 

Please review our cancellation and resort policies before making a reservation.

  • Once a reservation is made, we will send you an email confirmation and cancellation policy.

  • Full payment will be taken at the time of booking. 

Cancellation policy: 


Cabin rentals:
If more than 21 days notice is given, you will be refunded the amount paid.
Less then 21 days notice to arrival date, you are responsible for the full amount.

Campsite rentals:
If more than 14 days notice is given, you will be refunded the amount paid.
Less than 14 days notice to arrival date, you are responsible for the full amount.


Your reservation is a firm commitment once you are within our cancellation policy and therefore no refunds will be
given if you should decide to cancel or leave early. 

 

Minimum stays:

  • 2 night minimum stay for all cabins 

  • 3 night minimum for all long weekends and holidays  

Check-in/Check-out:
Cabins: Check-in 4pm / Check-out 10am
Campsites: Check-in 2pm / Check-out 11am

Pets - No pets in cabins.  
Pets must be leashed at all times. Please clean up after your pet.

Parties + quiet hours - No parties, music must be off by 11pm.

Drones - Not permitted within resort property without permission from staff, due to privacy of guests.

ATV’s - We have a parking area. No riding in camp. Please consider our neighbours while riding.

Boats - Boat trailers must be parked up by lodge.

Smoking - No smoking in cabins, buildings or on docks. Please do not leave butts on the ground.

 

Resort hours - The resort gate opens at 8am and closes at 10pm daily. Vehicles arriving later must park by the lodge.

Fires & wood - Please do not move fire pits or leave them unattended. Please keep fires contained to the drum provided. Wood is supplied complementary to guests, take as needed.
