Formerly known and loved by locals and guests as the Hitch N'Rail Resort, the new owners of the Lakeside Heffley Hideaway would like to introduce themselves.

 

Jason and Melissa have lived in Sun Peaks for the last 25+ years. They were here during the inception of Sun Peaks Resort from Tod Mountain. They believe they have built a great foundation for a family friendly resort, as their two kids have been raised in Sun Peaks for the last 20 years, while watching the community grow into what it is today. There is something very special about Sun Peaks as a community, and they are very excited to extend that down to Heffley Lake. Sun Peaks and the Heffley Lake area hold a special place in this family's heart.
 

Co-owner Carma had dreamed of owning this wonderful lakefront property since she moved to Sun Peaks several years ago and talked about it to friends whenever she drove by on her way to and from Kamloops. She is delighted to be restoring it to new heights, while retaining the quiet and relaxing atmosphere guests have come to love. Don't let her goofy smile fool you - this gal is the hardest worker around. 
 

Jason, Melissa and Carma are looking forward to bringing this hidden gem back to life and sharing it with guests, friends and family.
